I received my bachelor of arts in philosophy from California State University, Long Beach. I went on to receive my master of arts in psychology at Rutgers University in 2012 and my PhD in counseling psychology from Arizona State University (APA-accredited) in 2018. I completed my predoctoral internship at Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center (APA-accredited), focusing on women’s mental health and trauma. And, in 2019, I completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente (APA-accredited) and received specialized training in eating disorders. Since then, I have continued my career at Kaiser as a staff psychologist, providing evidence-based services for a wide variety of mental health concerns, supervising trainees, and working in our eating disorder clinic and DBT Intensive program.
