I provide psychotherapy for individuals who are seeking support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma reactions, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship issues, emotional eating, insomnia, and life transitions. I support people in identifying the patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them and practicing new ways of living that are in line with their values. As such, therapy often involves increasing awareness, exploring new perspectives, and actively learning and applying skills to promote change.
My approach is integrative, and I utilize a multicultural lens - DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), EFT (emotionally focused therapy), and CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) are my primary modalities. I take a warm, collaborative approach to working with individuals with the knowledge that the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of psychotherapeutic work.
